Action Required: Post-Upgrade Steps
The following actions are required on your part to access your accounts and services within the new system:
Login with a Temporary Password
- Your User ID stays the same.
- Your temporary password will be: [Your Postal Code] + Last 4 digits of your TIN (Tax Identification Number)
Example: If your postal code is 60532 and your TIN ends in 1234, your temporary password is 605321234
You'll be prompted to create a new password right away.
Update Your Mobile App
- Please delete and reinstall the LSB App via your app store.
- You'll need to log in to Online Banking before using the mobile app.
Re-Establish External Transfers (Bank to Bank)
Previously scheduled external transfers and linked accounts will need to be re-entered into the new system starting on Tuesday, November 25th at 4:00 PM CST.
*An external transfer is a movement of money between your account at Lisle Savings Bank and an account you own at a different financial institution
Re-Establish Notifications and Alerts
Any notifications or alerts you had set up will need to be re-entered in the new system.
What's Already Taken Care Of
No action is required for the following services, as they have been seamlessly migrated:
- Bill Pay information
- Internal transfers
